Assistance Needed to Resolve TURN Server Issue for Video Chat App

We have a simple video chat app that works perfectly within our LAN, but it won't function outside of it. The issue appears to be with the TURN server. We've tried various TURN servers, both public and our own coturn, but we always encounter the same error. We need to identify and resolve the issue.
