I have some audio/video recordings for a podcast. These were recorded at a conference and there is quite a bit of background noise (people were talking as sessions were let out). I need the background noise removed or cleaned up considerably. I have tried some online AI tools but I am not satisfied with the results. I need to know if you have experience doing this, estimate time to do the project, idea of the cost, and what your turnaround time is.

If you have any links to before and after examples that would be great. I have 11 videos in all and these are the approximate number of minutes for each:

The one video that is a minute long, has an issue in addition to the audio. It appears the green screen checkbox in Streamyard must have been on and one of these people in the interview was wearing a scarf that was a fabric that made it flicker in the video. If you know how to remove that, it would be great, but not required.
