Community Outreach Coordinator – Black Business Month Activations

Job Summary:
The Community Outreach Coordinator for Black Business Month Activations is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to engage corporations and small to mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on selling sponsorship opportunities and building strong relationships to support a series of events and activations celebrating Black Business Month.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach plans targeting corporations and small to mid-sized businesses for Black Business Month sponsorship opportunities.
Identify and secure sponsors for various events and activations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and local businesses.
Coordinate and participate in meetings and presentations to promote sponsorship packages and event participation.
Prepare and distribute promotional materials, sponsorship proposals, and other outreach content.
Track and report on outreach efforts, sponsorship sales, and overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach activities align with the objectives of Black Business Month activations.
