We are seeking a skilled freelancer to organize and create a comprehensive user guide for our SaaS platform, SquadTrip.com, using Intercom.com as the knowledge base. Our platform squadtrip.com serves two types of customers: travel bookers and travel organizers. The goal is to help them understand how to get started, address frequently asked questions, and dive into deeper aspects of our platform's functionality.

Project Scope:

Research and Planning:
Review existing help articles (https://intercom.help/squadtrip/en/) and product demo videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q_WgdUqAcQ).

Conduct product demos and discussions with our team and QA tester to understand every aspect of the product.

Develop an outline categorizing all necessary topics for both travel bookers and travel organizers.

Content Creation:
Create comprehensive user guides, including text, screenshots, and videos as needed.

Ensure all content is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Organize the content logically for easy navigation and usability.

Implementation:
Publish the user guides on Intercom.com.

Work closely with our team to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed outline and plan for the user guides.

Create high-quality, comprehensive content for the knowledge base.

Organize and categorize existing and new articles for easy access.
Incorporate screenshots, videos, and other multimedia elements as needed.

Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and style.
Collaborate with our team and QA tester to ensure all aspects of the product are covered.

Complete the project within two weeks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating user guides, knowledge bases or similar documentation.

Familiarity with Intercom.com or similar knowledge base platforms.

Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Ability to create clear and concise instructional content.

Proficiency in creating and editing multimedia content (screenshots, videos).

Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Flat rate for the entire project.

Bonus for completing the project ahead of schedule.
