Demand Generation Specialist for B2B SaaS

At RealTyme, our Demand Generation Specialist will actively contribute to the growth of our business by executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting lead generation, and targeted pipeline creation. Your areas of responsibility and focus to start will be SEO, Content Creation, Channel Marketing, and Industry Events.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will build relationships with stakeholders across the company with the goal of driving Marketing Qualified Leads through digital channels. This role can be based out of RealTyme hubs Poland, Turkey, Dubai or as Freelancer.

RealTyme is focused on digitally transform Government and Business workspace collaboration and protecting business assets from potential security and privacy hacks — creating a growing pipeline can only happen when we have Demand Generation Specialist who both deeply understand the Public sector and Enterprise pain points related to secure collaboration software and can effectively develop the solution story via digital marketing campaigns to reach the targeted audiences.

You Are

• Experienced. You have at least 5 years’ background in B2B SaaS digital marketing for a vendor or within a digital marketing agency. Building inbound marketing content by scrapping onsite and offsite SEO, creating targeted content reenforcing brand authority and optimize digital channels conversion using Hubspot CRM. BA/BS degree in Marketing, and up to date relevant digital certifications.

• Creative. You can independently launch marketing campaigns, including creative assets aimed at capturing leads from our target audience and generating pipeline for the business. You are comfortable with Webflow to update and publish newly created assets, mastering creative tools like Canva and Figma and truly love ad copy and design.

• Team player. You have managed multiple external agency relationships for digital channels, build partnerships, monitor performance, and seek improvement opportunities with the internal marketing team. Derive direct ROI from advertising budget and cost per lead (CPL) results.

• Resilient. You take initiative and the required efforts to drive brand awareness growth. You approach each day with high energy and push yourself to maximize every opportunity. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• Passionate about digital technology. You can’t wait to bring collaboration software solutions in the Enterprise and Public sector world that will enhance employee collaboration experience.

• Having the necessary working permit, to be able to work from one of the RealTyme hubs Poland, Turkey, Dubai or as Freelancer.


You Will

• Lead digital brand awareness. You are excelling develop quarterly digital marketing SEO and inbound content marketing plans that drive brand awareness and demand generation for RealTyme based on buyer personas storytelling for Enterprise and Public sector.

• Manage content development. You create, optimize, and deploy web-based content and assets in alignment with brand related objectives and key results. You will create and implement of content for website/blog, social media, campaigns, events, and other ecosystem initiatives.

• Optimize website engagement. You are continually optimizing web content, technical and layout, structure, and the overall experience to educate prospects, engage the audience and increase marketing qualified leads conversion and monitor potential technical SEO issues.

• Build strong demand. You’ll maintain focus on a balanced pipeline and metrics to be successful. You are researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. You will quickly qualify prospects and leads.

• Leverage technology. You will master Hubspot CRM integrations and leverage marketing technology tools, measure, meet, and adjust KPIs based on targeted audience and campaign performance to ensure lead generation, conversion, attraction, and engagement.

• Monitor performance. You will deploy automated web, blog, and social media campaigns. You will track analytics regularly sharing relevant data with commercial team members, including click-rate, open-rate, cost-per-lead, determining the cost-effectiveness and ROI of a campaign.

• Partner amplification. You will collaborate with the distribution partners ecosystem to develop localized audience positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the relevant markets. You will design localized marketing plans aimed generate partner-led leads, throughout localized campaigns, and events.
