Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator. This role supports our executives and coordinates projects across various business units. This is a unique opportunity for someone who shares our passion and values, eager to learn and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in setting and implementing strategic goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.
-Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operations by coordinating activities across various departments, identifying bottlenecks, and driving process improvements.
- Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
- Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, facilitating communication and ensuring timely decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, and investors.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cultural Stewardship: Promote and uphold the company’s values and mission, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Board Coordination: Prepare materials for board meetings and communicate key decisions and updates to relevant parties.
- Special Initiatives: Take on special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

- You consider yourself to be an A player, a critical thinker & a problem solver.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Passion for sustainability, ethical practices, and of course chocolate!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn about all aspects of the business and contribute to its success.
