Introduction:
We are excited to have you participate in this trial to become a part of our team of ESL content creation teachers. Our goal is to create engaging, informative, and high-quality mini lessons for our students. To assess your suitability, we ask that you create a 2-minute video on the following topic.

Topic: Pronunciation Tips for Difficult English Sounds

Video Requirements:
Duration: 2 minutes
Format: MP4 or MOV
Resolution: Minimum 720p, preferably 1080p
Audio Quality: Clear, with minimal to no background noise
Camera: High-quality video recording device (smartphone, webcam, or camera)
Lighting: Well-lit environment, avoiding harsh shadows or glare
Teaching Language: English
Communication Language: French

Evaluation Criteria:
Teaching Technique: Clarity, engagement, and effectiveness of teaching methods.
Energy and Presentation: Enthusiasm, body language, and ability to engage viewers.
Knowledge: Accuracy and depth of the content presented.
Technical Quality: Video and audio quality, including clarity of visuals and sound.
Creativity: Use of visual aids, examples, and innovative teaching methods
Accent: The American accent is a total must as our students are based in North America
NB: As we go along with the project, editing the video will not be your task, a dedicated team will handle that

Additional Information:
Pay: If you are selected, we intend to produce mini-lessons with a duration of 15 mins max, paid per lesson. We intend to produce more than a hundred video lessons across the months if this project is welcomed.
Selection: We are looking out for only 3 teachers and have about a 100 videos to produce. Do your best if this interests you.

Tips for Success:
Engage Your Audience: Use a friendly tone and make eye contact with the camera.
Be Clear and Concise: Focus on delivering the key points within the 2-minute limit.
Prepare Thoroughly: Practice your delivery to ensure a smooth and confident presentation.
Speak in French, Teach in English: Our students are French speaking that is why we wanted French-speaking teachers, we would like you to speak in French and teach the material in English.
Make it lovely to see: This material will go out to social media and our platform, as good as your teaching skills can be, if it’s not visually appealing it will not fit our needs, we’re looking for the best combo (Nice background, good lighting, high definition video and audio + An exciting and skillful teacher)
