Job Title: Product Manager
Reports to: Chief Product Officer

Position Overview:
As a Product Manager specializing in virtual engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital platform to meet the unique needs of therapists, young patients and their families. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of therapists, designers, engineers, and researchers to develop intuitive and effective digital tools that enhance the therapeutic experience for children and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategic goals.
Conduct market research and gather insights to understand the needs of children, parents, therapists, and other stakeholders in the child therapy space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and feature prioritization.
Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in virtual healthcare and child therapy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Psychology, Business) required; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or education technology sector.
Experience with Healthie
Solid understanding of child development, mental health, and therapy techniques for children.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Passion for improving mental healthcare access and outcomes for children and families.
Experience integrating SaaS tools with large enterprises and strategic partners.
