We own Tire Base, a shop management system, and we need to refine our QuickBooks integration. Our goal is to ensure that our system provides QuickBooks with all the necessary information for our clients and users. Tire Base is a POS system that tracks accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, sales, purchases, and payments (both to vendors and from customers). We also have an end-of-day process to track deposits.

We believe the following data should be sent to QuickBooks:

• Inventory Stock Journal Entries
• Deposits (Cash, Card, etc.)
• Repair Order Invoices (with order details)
• Customer Payments
• Vendor Payments
• Payables to Vendors (Purchase Orders & Expenses)

We need someone with accounting expertise or experience in back-end development, specifically with integrating enterprise-level systems, to help us manage and audit this process. Our expert accountant will work with this freelancer, alongside our back-end developer. However, there has been a communication gap between our accountant and developer, which is why we seek someone who can bridge the gap and ensure a solid and stable integration.
