Restore corrupted MS SQL bak file

I need someone to restore a possibly corrupted SQ Server bak file. I would like it back in a bak file so I can restore it in MS SQ Server 2000 as well as SQL Server 2008. I'm not sure if that two versions, but I need to restore the database in both of those versions.
