Project School Studio
Requirements :
To capture individual school students’ and group photos and to create a school magazine.
Hardware :
Cameras, iPads/tabs, laptop
Cases :
Individual photos -
• School authorities to provide student database – preferably in MS Excel.
• This excel sheet to have columns Student name, class and section
• Photographers shall be provided with cameras, iPads and a laptop
• Each photographer to be associated with a teacher who shall call out the student’s name based on the roll call entered in excel database.
• Once student is photographed, cameraman to call out unique Id for the taken photo and the teacher to enter the ID against the student as a 4th column in the given excel sheet
• Each photographer could generate same unique ID, thus each of them to be given a unique prefix to be attached to the photo generated.
• These actual photos are saved in laptop.
• Once these individual photos are corrected, cropped, these are to be added as 5th column on the excel sheet against their name and class.
Group photos –
• Each class takes up a group photo
• There is a 4-page template provided by the photographer
• Pages to include –
o There could be one overall school based common photo.
o Each individual photo of the student of that class
o Group photo of that individual’s class, with provision to enter names beneath that photo
o Teachers’ individual photos, with names beneath them
o Students’ individual photos, with names beneath them
• Once these curated, it should automatically generate pdfs of this given template for every individual student
To be improvised –
• Teachers manually enter right to left students names and details under group photos and photographers to manually pick those student photos and align them beneath the group photo
