Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer - Team Lead

• Provide comprehensive IT support encompassing operating systems, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Office 365.
• Demonstrate proficiency in team leadership and management.
• Possess expertise in Azure and PowerShell, with a focus on system administration for Azure, Office 365, and hybrid Azure Active Directory environments.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with customers, employees, and contractors.
• Utilize scripting experience for application deployment, PowerShell scripting, and group policy management, with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.
• Preference given to candidates with Mac OS experience.
• Offer support for disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide technical support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Implement and support remote access solutions, including VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Monitor remote monitoring and management system alerts and respond proactively through service ticket resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, updating them on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes or agreed outages.
• Focus on enhancing customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
• Ensure fast turnaround of customer requests.
• Thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Serve as an escalation resource for service requests requiring engineer-level support.
