full time job 9-5 EST-assistant property manager (must speak English&Spanish)-2
Looking for someone with past property management experience to handle the various responsibilities
-making calls to tenants to discuss leases that are past due dates and need to be signed
-coordinate sending them leases again if needed and putting them in touch with their property manager if needed
-entering work orders into computer system software
-updating billing information for tenants and answering billing leasing questions
-certifying violations
-familiar with types of work and repairs done in buildings and different issues that come up
-Administrative work and other as needed ( data entry, phone calls)
training will be provided
-answering billing and repairs calls
looking for a quick reliable person that speaks both English and Spanish well.
