It's a difficult process to arrive at the decision to pass on a project due to contract constraints, but most companies have had the bad experience of signing a poorly written contract and being on the losing end. My contract management experience spans many industries, including subcontracts in the construction industry, architecture field, manufacturing, SaaS, healthcare, influencer, service, and creative, which also includes AIA contracts.
