● 3D MODEL: For each project, I create a 3D model with detailed information based on the client's requirements. These models are functional and useful for further development, thanks to the BIM technology approach I use. The models can be utilized for subsequent architectural projects, visualizations, and construction engineering calculations, depending on your specific needs.
● 3D RENDER: Realistic visualization of the project, allowing you to see a virtual embodiment of the design and make any necessary changes before implementation in reality.

My work spans across different countries including the US, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Finland, Sweden, Ukraine, Belgium. I started my career as a technical architect and progressed to become a team leader, managing a team of up to 15 members in a leading architecture company. Additionally, I have worked as a contractor for companies in Australia, Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands.
