    Hello, I am Villads Florager Magnusson and I was born and raised in Denmark. I am a native Danish speaker and I am also fluent in English with some experience in German. I have 5 years of experience in an associate and customer service position within a retail clothing store. Tasks working at the clothing store included: maintaining store cleanliness, organization, presentation, and design, receiving stock and preparing it for sale, attending to and providing customer care through phone calls and in-person, as well as running and maintaining the front desk and cash register. I also worked for a short period on an assembly team setting up large social events during this time. I have 2 years of experience as part of a Return Delivery team with a large European package service company called General Logistics Systems (GLS). The setting of this position was at the busiest warehouse in Denmark with the main task of receiving and helping around 250 drivers every day. This meant aiding drivers with my problem-solving skills when an address was unknown, a store was closed or other problems arose that I was responsible for providing a solution for. I am confident in my ability to multitask and handle tense situations with a calm and work centered mindset. My department worked closely together with Customer Service in providing similar solutions but directly to customers. I also worked some days in the parcel shop aiding customers with pick up, drop off and other concerns in regards to their packages. I was quickly promoted and took on more responsibility in learning new tasks and teaching the entire department as well as training new employees. Because my workplace had a diverse range of cultures both within the company and with our customers, I generally spoke English 50% of the time. For the past 4 years I have been working on various freelance projects, such as translation, transcription, voice recording, proofreading and many more.
