My HubSpot journey began almost seven years ago at Rezdy.com ; a recent Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awarded SaaS business in the tour and activities space. I worked with them as they sought to break into the US market.
○ I actively tapped into the customer perspective and designed a comprehensive customer journey map, a visual story of customer interactions with the brand (both current and ideal state). Once mapped, I brought scalable improvements to life - validating and deploying bespoke sales support systems/automated workflows required to meet the rapid growth of the business.
○ I also implemented a weighted lead scoring system and lead allocation to sales reps along with key Sales and Onboarding processes into Hubspot CRM in less than 90 days (for an organization of over 120 team members globally), which increased the rate at which leads became customers by 42%.
