Project details

The Purchase Order generation tool allows the creation of supplier purchase orders with a unique purchase order number. Your suppliers, their respective products and product pricing can be loaded into the tool and the data will populate the purchase order fields with built in dropdowns.

The "ship to" address can be customized to hold either your facility address, a customer's address or the address of a contracted facility. Once a purchase order has been saved, the details will be recorded in a built in log for future reference. The tool allows you to specify currency as well as multiple shipping methods, payment terms and units of measure.

Any number of revisions are allowed for the Standard and Advanced versions of the tool as long as they can be accomplished within 1 hour of development time for Standard and 3 hours of development time for Advanced.
