I have worked with this team for over 7 months and overall this was a collaboration with many problems for me. If you give them html/css to do, you need to make sure you check your entire code. Also, make sure you get the right people from them, because they will not assign them to you if you don't pay higher than what they requested. I had 4 projects in the winter, having 2-3 resources hired from them and while the quality of people was doubtful from the begining, when it came to project management, the people had no idea about what I mean. In the middle of one project, they just decided to switch one developer, after covering up the fact that the developer did not do a good job. But the main reason why I leave this project is because they ruined a collaboration with one of my clients. We worked on the project for over 6 months, we got it to a good place, and then, they replaced the developer who decided to "rebuild" everything. That rebuilt, broke the entire project, there was no testing, I had to complain about it for over 2 months until they decided to "fix" it. In the end the developer they assigned gave me a deadline of one week for tasks, which was totally out of line. I ended up hiring another developer who finished the job in 3 hours. So, to conclude, I would be very careful about working with this company. I trusted them with a lot of my projects, and they caused problems on all of them.
    Freelancer's Response
    1. About 50%-60% of time was spent for infinite chatting. So almost all day long you have to answer some useless questions, listen rude words, discuss some topics not connected with tasks. Even after work day is finished you have to spend several hours chatting. 2. No exact requirements. After PSDs had been given a lot of extra tasks were added in such format "Add red ribbon somewhere at the top", "Make this block look better", "Change navigation somehow". 3. Instead of answering questions always asked to look at the design, even after all the layout was changed because of new text descriptions in chat. Instead of short and accurate tasks you have to read about 50 messages instead of one short line. 4. Forced us to use dreamweaver template files, which are not used in any professional approach, especially when using LESS for CSS generation. 5. Not a direct customer, but "middle man". In all issues only developers were to blame, despite requirements from the main customer were transferred not correctly and without any details. We can recommend this customer only if you want to have a headache and if you like to "guess" all the requirements.
