**Mission of the Role**
To lead the creative team in producing high-performing, innovative social media advertising creatives for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, ensuring the delivery of exceptional scripts and ideas that captivate audiences and drive results.
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- **Leadership & Management**
- Schedule, lead, and review the work of the creative team.
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- **Client & Team Communication**
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- **Trend Evaluation & Innovation**
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Evaluate current creative strategies and continuously seek improvements.
- **Script Development & Ideation**
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted creative scripts.
- Generate new ideas for enhancing the quality and performance of creatives.
**Results of the Role**
- Deliver creatives that meet or exceed performance metrics on social media platforms.
- Achieve high client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional creative work.
- Foster a productive and innovative team environment, leading to continuous improvement and skill development.
- Implement new and effective ideas that keep the company's creative output at the forefront of industry trends.
- Upsell existing clients and ensure client retention.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in e-commerce and social media advertising. Agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to effectively communicate with clients through calls and messages.
- Proven track record with verifiable references in creating high-performing social media creatives.
- Strong understanding of what makes creatives successful on social media platforms.
- Excellent eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Perfect written and spoken English skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with the latest social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
