Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with clerical duties related to accounting function

-Assist in preparation of client files

-Assist in preparation of personal tax returns

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of year end file preparation
- Strong understanding of accounting

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with additional accounting software
- Previous experience with DT Max
