After Effect Projects Settings

Hi, I have a 1-minute Adobe After Effects file. I need to use it for a website in a rather small size. So standard youtube 720 quality would be enought. However, I cannot manage to get it rendered. Although I have a fairly fast machine, it takes around 10 hours and the result is reeeallyy large (multiple gigs). I need help adjusting my file and rendereing settings in order to get the desired outcome.
