I need an outstanding manager to drive the guest communication, AND CONTINUOUSLY optimize our listings. This job is for 35 vacation rentals in the US from HI to US Virgin Islands. Some of the tasks are:
1. Guests Communications
2. Guests resolutions
3. Job is Wed to Sun 8am to 8pm PST (not continuous hours as it depends when guests have requests)
4. is it a FULL TIME JOB. If you are doing another job, you won't perform well.
5. Regularly track and follow up on manual payment processes using the Zoho invoices platform.
6. Quick communications to vacation rental guests (less than 5min)
7. Generate a quality report every week/month
8. Ensure that all check-in and check-out messages are sent automatically
