Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer

Looking for someone with experience in online arbitrage model of Amazon FBA. Need to be able to find multiple winning products a week as well as replenish able products. Must have strong communication skills and be willing to work with in set criteria.
We would like to have daily(Mon-Fri) product sheets sent out to us with products that meet the following criteria:
ROI: 30%
Margin: 15%
BSR: <50k
Profit per daily sheet: $250-300
We are looking to hire on a commission basis. Everyday we would like a product sheet that has a net profit amount of around $250. We will pay you $10 for everyday that the sheet meets this requirement. If it is less than the $250 like for example if it is $200 for that sheet, then we would pay $8 for that sheet.
