Appointment Setter AND/OR Sales Closer

I require two positions to be filled : Appointment setter and appointment/sales closer

Appointment Setter - I require someone who can find leads, and contact them to convert them into appointments for my agency.

Appointment Closer - I need an experienced sales/appointment closer who can hop onto calls with leads and convert them into ready - to - pay clients. Given the high value and difficulty of the work, our agency is willing to pay larger fees for this work. Our preferred payment structure is on a monthly basis, however we are able to adjust to the freelancer's preference.

Background information - I am the co - founder of an agency that boost revenue of real estate companies by specialized outreach methods .
