Looking for an event photographer and videographer (1 person) to shoot a smaller 25-30 person corporate event in Atlanta within a private room in hotel space and onsite restaurant room. August 15th.

The asks are for some quality event photos (20-25 ct is fine), and a highlight reel about 45 seconds - 1 minute in length to be delivered within 48hrs for social media purposes. We want to make this event look like a full, interesting, and fun event. Upbeat vibe with shots of the outside of the venue, overall group, plus a few lingering shots of the presentation being projected, and speakers.

Estimated Timing:
1:30 PM Photographer Arrival
1:45 - 2:00 PM Guest check in
2:30-3:30 PM Presentations w/ Speakers within Hotel event room
3:45 PM Closing remarks
4:00 - 5:00 PM Networking Happy Hour Reception downstairs restaurant
5:00 PM Event end time - Photographer Departure
