Insomnia Cookies, a nationally recognized, industry leading, late-night retail baking company, is actively seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Specialist to join our sales team for our upcoming busy season. Based out of our brand new HQ in Center City Philadelphia (at least 2 days a week depending on your availability), this role focuses on driving corporate sales initiatives and proactive business development with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and Close Inbound Leads: Efficiently handle and convert inbound sales leads.
• Business Development: Engage in bulk, catering, event, and third-party sales.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate sales data and detailed notes on all customer interactions.
• Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, external partners, and store teams to ensure our vision of “Warm, Delicious, Delivered” is realized with every order.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
• Experience: At least 1 year of B2B/B2C product sales and/or service experience.
• Passion and Drive: An enthusiastic, diligent, and results-driven professional with a true passion for B2B sales and the hospitality industry.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to create win-win situations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite software; experience with Kustomer is a plus.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the drive to exceed sales goals.
