A. 工作內容
1. 顧客服務工作：與學生視訊會議通話討論學習問題並解決英文疑問，批改學生寫作作文與口說錄音檔（需使用到英文與托福能力）
2. 顧客關係管理工作：回覆學生LINE、Email、Wechat，定期追蹤學習進度、維護顧客關係
3. 網站維護工作：協助更新網頁資訊與設置課程網站，使用各種軟體優化學生體驗與內部工作效率
4. 教材文案編輯、校稿工作：協助教材編輯、校稿與排版，與協助社群媒體文案
5. 銷售工作：與學生進行線上諮詢課了解上課需求並提供課程推薦，協助線上公開講座幕後技術操作事宜
6. 依公司發展需求完成主管交辦事項

B. 必備能力
1. 需具備托福成績102分以上、多益930以上、雅思7.5分以上或其他同等英文檢定證明
2. 需具備優秀的學習新事物能與找資源、找解決方案能力，應變公司快速成長的需求
3. 需具備優良英文寫作與英文口語能力
4. 需具備軟體操作經驗或學習操作的熱忱（有操作電商平台後台如Amazon, Shopify, Shopee或自建網站軟體如Wix, Wordpress, Clickfunnels為佳）
5. 需有能力與有熱忱負責新的projects
6. 需在與團隊溝通時用精確的語言增加溝通效率
7. 需能快速接收回饋並作改變調整

C. 其他加分條件
1. 需具備客戶至上的親切服務態度
2. 需具備基本影片剪輯能力（有iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Filmora等影片剪輯經驗為佳）
3. 需具備基本圖文製作能力（有Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva等圖文製作經驗為佳）
4. 需具備基本Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides編輯能力
5. 做事心細謹慎

A. Responsibilities
1. Customer support: Support students’ learning progress (answer student questions) through email, Line messages, zoom video calls, and other communication channels
2. Customer relationship management: Follow up with students and maintain customer relationships
3. Tech support: Optimize websites using software for a better customer experience
4. English learning material creation: create learning materials and proofread marketing and learning copies
5. Sales support: Evaluate students’ English level and recommend a course of best fit; support online webinar hosting
6. Other tasks necessary to support students’ success

B. Required Skills
1. You have a TOEFL score of at least 102, a TOEIC score of at least 930, an IELTS score of at least 7.5, or other equivalent test scores.
2. You are resourceful and a fast learner.
3. You have great English speaking and writing skills
4. You are tech-savvy and have experience picking up new pieces of software in your previous work. (Example: You have used Amazon seller portal, Shopify, Shopee, Wix, WordPress, Clickfunnels, etc.)
5. You have the flexibility and ability to learn to take on new projects and initiatives.
6. You have thoughtfulness and accuracy in verbal and written communication.
7. You have the ability to take feedback well and adjust fast.

C. Preferred Skills
1. You have a customer-first mindset.
2. You have experience in editing video clips. (iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Filmora)
3. You have experience editing images. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
4. You have experience creating docs and slides in a professional way. (Google Doc, Sheets, Slides)

5. You are detail-oriented.
6. You can adjust your schedule to help with webinars, student calls, or other company events.
7. You have two years of experience as an executive assistant, sales assistant, or teaching assistant.
8. You have lived in English-speaking countries for more than 24 months.
