1. Purpose:

This position primarily requires an experienced data entry specialist who will work virtually and be responsible for doing various data entry jobs, inventory management, and operation tasks that deals with data and database management mostly. He will also be responsible for transferring data into our main database.

3. Key Result Areas:

·       Data Entry –
o   Oversee and verify data entry to cross check validity
o   Do data entry and data extraction from different sources
o   Data transferring from one platform to another (google sheet and CRM)
o   Oversee and audit data entry of various data sources across sources

·       Database & Inventory Manager  –
o   Manage database with 1000s of records of company asset
o   Responsible as a database manager of asset, inventory and google sheets.
o   Checking the inventory and updating the inventory CRM.
o   Enter notes into the database (when appropriate) to clarify any changes
o   Transfer invoices and customer data into our content management system

·       Reporting & update of various reports  –
o   Build reports using Google Sheet and do daily and weekly reporting to CEO.
o   Build and maintain sales reporting
o   Update performance report twice a day to keep the daily reporting updated.
o   Compile all our past/current marketing campaigns into one central file

·       Financial reporting and monitoring invoices & bookkeeping operation -
o   Do basic financial reporting, invoicing and basic bookkeeping operation task to get daily profit analysis.
o   Invoice management and creation
o   Transfer invoices and customer data into our content management system

·       Operation –
o    FB ad account preparation and various other operation tasks.
o   Login to FB & other platforms to get status and data and update it in our internal DB.  -  - Do other various virtual assistant tasks given such as assisting full time employees with tasks related to campaign preparation.

4. Experience & Knowledge:
   - Need to be an expert at Excel, google sheet and know formulas & can work on Pivot Table
- Bookkeeping & Accounting experience preferred.
  - Excellent grammar and a high attention to detail
  - Knowledge  in Power BI and/or Google Data Studio will be an advantage
  - Working Experience in the following industry [e.g. finance, food & beverage, gaming, software, technology, non-profit, etc.] is preferable.
