EnsuranceMax Agency is seeking a full-time VA to help with the daily admin activity of our insurance office. This includes customer support by phone, email, and agency CRM updates.

You must be able to speak CHINESE ( Mandarin and Cantonese would be great but Mandarin is a must at min conversationally ) to assist our existing client base over the phone and by email.

You will be working with our existing customer service team and assisting senior insurance agents with file processing and client maintenance.

We are only looking for full-time candidates that are available Monday through Friday  9am to 5pm US Eastern Standard Time.  We are hoping to create a long-lasting relationship that will lead to a permanent full-time position with our agency.

We start our VA admin support at $700 per month plus a bonus (your bonus is based on performance, and varies from $50 to $200 additional per month). Your future expect to pay after 6 months of training and taking lead generation responsibility will be around $1000 or more based on performance.
