Civil Engineer for sewer plan

The Las Vegas water and sewer department needs a drawing on how to mitigate the sewer drainage from my hillside home. The sewer pipe will be on an excessive slope dropping down nearly 36 feet from the back of the house to the city sewer drainage on the lower street. So they are asking for drawings that show how we intend to mitigate the excessive flow and slopeof the sewer pipe. Zig zagging is not an option. I can provide the phone number for the water department and you can discuss with them mitigating factors.
