Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller with a professional demeanor and a strong, pleasant voice to join our law firm’s referral program outreach team. This role is focused on initiating introductions between professionals and fostering relationships, not on hard selling. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential referral partners, introduce them to our program, and set up further discussions with our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to professionals and organizations to introduce them to our law firm’s referral program.
Clearly communicate the benefits of the referral program and answer any preliminary questions.
Set appointments or facilitate warm handoffs to the legal team for further discussion.
Maintain a record of all outreach activities and follow up as needed.
Work closely with the marketing and legal teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
Provide feedback on call responses to help refine the outreach approach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telephone outreach, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
Ability to engage with professionals and build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
