Cold Caller

We are a dynamic real estate investing company seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential property sellers, identifying investment opportunities, and setting appointments for our acquisition team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners and sellers using a provided list.
Engage potential leads in conversations to identify their needs and motivations for selling.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
Schedule appointments for the acquisition team to meet with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback to the management team on call scripts, lead quality, and market trends.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with real estate investing or property acquisition.
Familiarity with cold calling techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in using communication tools and technology for remote work.
