Cold Email Outreach Specalist

B2B COLD EMAIL SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)

We are seeking a seasoned FULL TIME cold email specialist to lead the expansion of our agency's B2B cold outreach division. As a prominent digital marketing agency located in Melbourne, Australia, we collaborate with clients globally across AUS, NZ, US, and UK. Our primary focus is on outbound B2B appointment setting, with a distinctive approach centered around personalized cold outreach messaging.

Responsibilities:

As the chosen candidate, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and secure appointments on behalf of our clients. Setting us apart from other cold outreach agencies, our emphasis is on tailored communication. Your role will encompass end-to-end execution of the entire cold emailing project, including warming up email accounts, sourcing email lists, crafting scripts, sending out emails, liaising with leads, scheduling appointments, and providing comprehensive reporting.

Should you prove successful, there is potential for growth within the company, progressing to a partnership with LYL Marketing and assuming a managerial role, complete with a monthly performance bonus. This provides an opportunity for professional development in tandem with our agency's growth.

Remuneration:

Monthly Salary: From AUD $3000
Performance Based Bonus Per Account (Activates after 3 months)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in cold email outreach
- Should have experience using Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, Million Verifier, Scrubby or similar tools
- Dedication and a strong work ethic
- Proficient in written English with effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Commitment to honesty and trustworthiness
- Experience in managing or working within a team

Key Tasks:

- Warming up email domains and setting up DKIM, SPF, DMARC records
- Sourcing email lists and cleaning email lists
- Crafting email scripts
- Strategic planning of email campaign executions using tools and automations, including AI personalisation and Spintax
- Managing lead responses, prequalification, and objection handling
- Appointment setting
- Reporting and maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets
- Oversight of additional team members

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote contractor position with flexible working hours. Availability during 9-5pm AEST is essential for potential client calls requiring technical support and updates.

Onboarding Process:

Upon selection, a one-month paid trial will be initiated for lead generation. Successful candidates ideally will progress to managing approximately 5 projects in a full-time capacity. Within 3-6 months, an opportunity to transition into a management role will arise as the team expands with a performance based bonus per account.

All applicants are required to fill up a initial screening questionnaire with the code word LYL. Upon qualifying this initial screening, the next step is we will send you another task that must be completed to qualify for an interview.
