We are a dynamic real estate investment company, focused on acquiring and managing a diverse portfolio of properties. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team and help drive our lead-generation efforts.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to generate leads for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential sellers, gauge their interest in selling their properties, and schedule follow-up appointments for our acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to property owners and sellers.
Engage potential leads and gather relevant information about their property and selling motivations.
Use scripts effectively to handle objections and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for our acquisition specialists to follow up on qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update our CRM system with lead information.
Continuously follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine calling scripts and strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of real estate terminology and market trends.
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in the face of rejection.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other lead management software.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with real estate investment and acquisitions.
Familiarity with various real estate software such as Mojo, CallRail, or similar.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
