Hi there,

My name is Shawn Low, Director of VAL. VAL is a brand I created through passion and heart, I have been working on this since graduating from high school as I really believe it's a stepping stone to achieving my dreams. Now, VAL is looking to introduce itself to the world and launching it's very first product, a self-concept sport shorts.

For the past few months, I have been struggling to plan out strategic and creative directions for the launch. Therefore, I'm looking for anyone who is interested in joining the team to help me push myself out of this creative block. Now, we have a small team consisting of 3 people including myself, our manufacturer and a photography specialist. I believe a smaller team could allows us to learn different roles and improve ourselves, It is also really fun.

Role Description
This is a contract Creative Director role located in Melbourne, VIC. As a Creative Director, you will oversee the creative process, leading us to develop creative concepts and strategies. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure all creative deliverables align with their brand identity and objectives.

Qualifications
Experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
In-depth knowledge of design principles, marketing, and advertising
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Proficiency in design software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
Portfolio of creative projects or campaigns
