Customer Service Representative: Healthcare Startup

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This part-time position will cater to clients in the healthcare industry, requiring an understanding of both healthcare services, PHI/HIPAA compliance and customer relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through Active Campaign CRM, the Intercom CS platform and phone calls while ensuring all client inquiries and concerns are addressed with efficiency and empathy.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via our Active Campaign CRM and Intercom customer service platform in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Provide information about healthcare products, patient journey and additional services to customers.

3. Manage a large number of incoming messages and calls with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

4. Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.

5. Document and update customer records based on interactions.

6. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.

7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team and company goals.

8. Build and maintain customer service knowledge base, conversation snippets and AI toolset.  

Requirements:

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, ideally in the healthcare industry.

2. Familiarity with the Intercom customer service platform.

3. Familiarity with Active Campaign CRM

4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or healthcare is a plus.

Work Hours & Benefits:
This is a remote position requiring approximately 20 hours per week to start with the opportunity for full time employment as enov.one grows. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.
