About Us
We power restaurants  nationwide with an online ordering website that allows customers to order food directly from their website. We have been in business for 10+ years and are a team of 20 people.

Your responsibilities will include
1)  Calling restaurants and reading out orders placed over the phone
2) Handling  any issues restaurants has raised.
3)  Handling inbound calls from customers who has placed orders over the phone
4)  Handing payment issues with out restaurant partners
5)  Escalating issues to the upper management.
6) Notating  on the CRM
