I want to make a Database that Includes all Registered Voters in California, Santa Clara County Tax Bills, and then show in the Certain City that will have a Tax Bond of $27.47 per $100,000 of Assessed Value, on the November 5, 2024 Ballot. I want to show Voters their Assessed Value, x $27.47 Tax Rate = Annual Tax that the City Wants them to Pay for 25 years,, and goes up 2% per year. I will also create a mailing list on Post Cards, for each Voter in Each Home on a list for each Zip Code in that City.. For Example: If a house has an Assessed Taxable value of $2,000,000 ; this is 20 x $27.47 rate = $549.40 for the first year, and $2,040,000 divide by $100,000 times (x) $27.47 = $560.39 for Year Two of Tax Bond. I will ask the Registered Voters to Vote No on the Tax Bond. I need my own Software that will compute this on each property, and put this on a PDF File that I can take to the Print Shop for printing on a double sided card stock paper, about 4 cards per 8.5 inches, x 11 inches paper.
I use AnyDesk, and want you to do all work on my computer.
