Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for technology.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
