We're looking for a someone who is an expert at running fb ads for ecom AND has strong managing skills to lead a team.

We have generated more than $100m revenue in the last 3 years with our ecom stores. For one of our stores we are currently spending $50k/day on ads. We already have a team and we are looking for someone to be the leader AND take over our fb ads, help us grow the team, expand to other traffic channels and in general help us scale to the next level. You will be paid fairly.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
-Manage marketing team
-Manage and scale campaigns
-Write ad copy and come up with different angles
-Give feedback to improve creatives
-Maintain a stable fb setup with profiles, pages, bms, ad accounts to keep running ads even if something is banned
-Help with creating landing pages and creatives when necessary
