Ecommerce entrepreneur needed to lead and grow a DTC ecommerce brand

1) Company overview:
Ten Digital: E-commerce company incorporated in Singapore
Owning and running eight direct-to-consumers (DTC) brands among a dozen markets worldwide in 8 languages

2) Expected scope of work:
- Ownership: Take full ownership of a DTC brand performance and trajectory
- Marketing: Define sales and marketing plans on a monthly and quarterly basis through various channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Email MKT, Youtube and influencers.
- Operations: Lead and manage supply chain and fulfillment forces. Ensure coordination with customer support teams.
- Online Store: Manage online stores and constantly look for CROs and other improvements. Develop and optimize Landing pages.
- Content: Conceive and supervise product and marketing content (Artwork+Videos). Work with creators for content production. After research come up with angles for advertising.
Product strategy: Conduct product research to identify winning product.

3) Candidate requirements:
- Past relevant experience in eCommerce and Shopify (Must have developed a store on Shopify)
- Proven track record on LPs and funnels (Clickfunnels, Funnelish)
- Exposure to wide range of markets (mainly NA and EU).
- A problem solver, self-reliant, Big picture oriented, problem-anticipator
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers-
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Fluent in English (+ An additional European language is a bonus).

4) Conditions
- Fixed salary + % commission on sales (Subject to discussions)
- Available to start NOW (November 2022)
- Location: Full time remote (preferably Southeast Asia or Europe)
