Primary responsibilities day today would look like:
- making outbound calls to leads that come in off our website in a timely manner.
- following up with leads that requested a better time to chat.
- answering inbound calls from our sites if a user decides to call in.
- keeping our CRM up to date with all lead information when speaking with a lead.
- reporting feedback to your team to ensure we’re growing properly.
Required aspects include
- having strong sales skills over the phone
- being able to handle critical feedback over the phone.
- very organized to ensure leads are handled correctly.
- can use systems like slack, gmail, google sheets and our internal systems with training.
- being able to follow a script based on the service the user is inquiring about.
