Executive Assistant | Project Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Executive Assistant to support our team in a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate shall possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
2. Organize and maintain email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed.
3. Arrange travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation arrangements.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and expense tracking.
5. Support in project management activities, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating tasks among team members.
6. Help ensure that projects are organized and on track.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in email management, scheduling software, and other administrative tools.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
