Executive Assistant to the CEO

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is driving growth in multiple e-commerce companies and needs the right hand to assist him in being his best. This is not a Secretarial role but more of a Business Support Manager/Head of Office/Chief of Staff, etc. etc. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support to the CEO, Research, and Project Management, managing their calendar and email, creating and submitting Departmental progress reports, and providing general administrative assistance as needed. You will be a Communication point person for all department managers If you are a General Virtual Assistant we will not be a match.

Qualifications
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance or Executive Support
• Experience in managing numerous email accounts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience working in a small business or growth environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, preferred but not required

Must-Haves:
• Educational Background: Preferred 4-year degree, though experience & and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role, demonstrating problem-solving and adaptability.
• Resourceful Technical and Research Skills: Navigate the web efficiently to find solutions aka, having amazing research skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products, Excel, and resourceful internet usage.

• Opportunity-Oriented: See problems as chances for growth, utilizing readily available knowledge.
Brownie Points for:
• E-commerce Insight: Familiarity with Amazon or related roles is advantageous.
• Previous Experience Within The Same Industry: Familiarity with working in an e-commerce company within a marketing/support capacity in the past.
• Marketing Mindset: Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Copywriting.
