Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in streamlining our operations and supporting senior management. Experience in construction is helpful but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Management: Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails.
Online Drive Management: Maintain and organize digital files and documents.
Task Follow-up: Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Agenda Creation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
Meeting Summaries: Create concise and accurate summaries of meetings.
ClickUp Management:
Track proposals and bids
Track different action items/to dos
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain and optimize ClickUp workflows
Data Entry for CRM on ClickUp and maintance
Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and manage various spreadsheets.
Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools is good to have
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
