Position Overview:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Executive Virtual Assistant to serve as the backbone of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen intellect, outstanding organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, hiring and managing therapists, maintaining our CRM system, ensuring client retention, and promoting our services. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of StressKnotNYC and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for clients and therapists with precision and attention to detail.
Therapist Recruitment and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for massage therapists, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
Manage therapist schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to therapists to foster professional growth and development.
CRM Administration and Client Retention:
Maintain our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information, appointment records, and communication logs.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty through personalized outreach, follow-up, and engagement.
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Sales and Promotion:
Promote StressKnotNYC's services to potential clients through persuasive communication and relationship-building efforts.
Identify sales opportunities, upsell services, and drive revenue growth through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that effectively promote our brand and services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and polished demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
