This project involves the aesthetic and functional enhancement of a ~200 page textbook and ~300 corresponding PowerPoint slides. The content revisions will be handled by our team, but we need your expertise in design and formatting to make the materials more engaging and professionally polished.

Responsibilities:
*Reformat and enhance the visual layout of a 200-page textbook.
*Redesign 300 PowerPoint slides for clearer visual communication and professional appeal.
*Ensure all materials are consistent in style and adhere to our brand guidelines.
*Collaborate with our team to understand the specific needs of our curriculum and receive feedback on designs.

Requirements:
*Experience in designing materials for adult education
*Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or a related field, with a portfolio of relevant work.
*Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and any necessary design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
*Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.

Project Scope:
*Initial contract for a small paid test project (designing 2-3 slides and a few pages of the textbook).
*Pending successful completion of the test project, a fixed-price contract will be offered for the full scope of work.
