Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and dependable Meta ads manager to drive our lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to expert-level skills in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta platforms.

Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
* Manage budgets and monitor performance metrics.
* Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.
* Develop ad creatives (preferred but not mandatory).
* Scale campaigns effectively to maximize lead generation.

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager with a deep understanding of ad targeting and campaign optimization.
* Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
* Proven track record of managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns.
* Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to clear, frequent communication.
* Responsible, reliable, and disciplined work ethic.
* Ability to follow instructions and be open to feedback.
* Confidence and passion for your skills in Meta ad management.

Preferred Experience:
Past experience running ads in the online education niche, specifically targeting parents of students.
