Experienced Project Manager for Crypto Start-Up

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating  seamless delivery  to its partner banks. You will lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of banking and digital assets, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.


Expectations:

* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate with internal teams, partner banks, and third-party vendors to ensure project objectives are met.

* Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and internal stakeholders.

* Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and project teams regularly.

* Act as the primary point of contact for VaultLink’s partner banks, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.

* Ensure team members have clear roles and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support as needed.

* Oversee the quality assurance and testing processes during bank implementation to ensure VaultLink’s solution is meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards.

* Collaborate with the  product development team to implement improvements and enhancements based on bank feedback.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.

* Generate post-project reports to evaluate the success of the onboarding process and identify areas for improvement.

* Stay up-to-date with banking and digital asset regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all project activities adhere to these standards.
